Boozy fruit popsicles

Updated: Feb 9, 2020

Do you have fun Labor Day plans? I'll be at Clearwater Beach for the weekend with George and his family, and thought these boozy popsicles would be a fun end of summer treat to enjoy while relaxing on the beach! They are really easy to make, customizable and great for picnics or backyard barbecues. I used Barefoot's Moscato Spumante Champagne for a sweeter taste, pairing it with kiwi, peaches, strawberries and blueberries. There are so many fruit options and combinations to choose from, so definitely play around with it and be sure to share your favorites!

Materials:

Popsicle molds

Popsicle sticks

Fruit

Bubbly of your choice

Instructions:

First cut the fruit options you want to use, placing pieces in the popsicle molds. Next, open your bubbly and fill each mold to the top. Place the cover over the mold and insert your popsicle sticks. Put the mold into the freezer, letting them sit overnight. I've found it took about 12 hours for the popsicles to solidify, so make sure to leave some extra time before you want to enjoy your boozy popsicles.
