Twirling into 2019 with sparkles, glitter and more sparkles! This year I made my New Year's crown, which goes with any sparkly outfit. While the ones at party stores are great, it's fun to make your own so you can add extra personality to it! What I love about this design is that you can really select any color to compliment your outfit.
Materials:
Garland
Headbands
Hot glue
Scissors
Sparkly paper
Wire
Directions:
Start by cutting a strand of garland a glue it to your headband. Next trace and cut out stars on your sparkly paper so they are the same size (I used 11 in my crown). Once your stars are cut, wrap 5 strands of wire around your headband, descending in size. Add a spot of glue to secure. As a final touch, glue your stars to the wire.
