Can you believe 2020 is around the corner?! With the roaring 20s in full swing in the next few days, I wanted to set up a New Year's tray with a Gatsby gold and black inspired theme! We're keeping the bubbly flowing with this beautiful champagne tower from Crate & Barrel, creating a sparkling spectacle and focal point for guests to enjoy. Champagne towers add a whimsical touch to any party and make an interactive moment for all party-goers.
Elevating the Gatsby theme, we added the glitz and glamour of confetti with stars on top of the gold tray then paired it with noise makers and matching cocktail napkins. For the backdrop (also fun as a photo-booth too! ) we used black, white and gold streamers mixed with a black shimmery doorway curtain for some sparkle. Just cut long strips of the streamers and hang them on a backdrop stand or even tape them to the ceiling!
The tray and backdrop are very simple to set up, and will surely be a crowd pleaser.
